Thank you for choosing NetStruc PR for your public relations needs. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, we have established the following booking policy: Payment and Refunds All services booked with NetStruc PR are paid services. Please note that there are no refunds for any paid services. Attendance and Punctuality Clients are required to attend all booked services on time. Punctuality is essential for ensuring that you receive the full benefit of your scheduled service. No-Show Policy In the event of a no-show, clients must rebook their 1:1 services through our booking site. This policy does not apply to the Brand Visibility Blueprint, which has a different rescheduling protocol. Rescheduling Clients can reschedule their appointments without a fee penalty as long as it is done within the specified time frame.
